Faz Acontecer was born from André Leonardo's vision of bringing human development closer to the reality of people and organizations. André Leonardo is a university professor, international speaker, entrepreneur, and author. Throughout his career, he has combined business experience, academic research, and projects developed in different countries. This combination of academic knowledge and practical experience continues to guide how Faz Acontecer develops each project.
Faz Acontecer was born in the Azores, a territory where the horizon is part of everyday life. Those who grow up surrounded by the sea learn early on that the horizon is not a limit. It's an invitation. A permanent challenge to go further.
Just like the navigators who set out to discover the unknown, we believe that each person faces their own oceans, their own doubts, and their own "Adamastors." We know that obstacles exist. And we believe that it is precisely because they exist that each achievement gains true meaning.
